Important Notes / Compliance

Please be aware that this pocket spring mattress comes rolled up and compressed. Please ensure you follow instructions to properly unpack your mattress. Please ensure you give the mattress 24hrs to decompress and expand to the correct size. After unpacking, gently shake the mattress three to five times by holding it firmly at one end. This helps the materials expand and return to their original shape more quickly. If you notice any sizing issues, please contact services@boori.com.au to assist.

This mattress comes compressed, rolled up and packed in a box. Please double check and confirm compatibility prior to purchase.

Our mattresses are compressed and rolled when they leave our factory; this makes them more eco-friendly to transport and easy to store!

Your mattress will need some time to expand and flatten before you're able to use it on your bed so please follow these instructions 24 hours before use.

Due to hygienic reasons, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for mattress products that have already been opened from their packaging.
